Health Monitoring

Using smartwatches connected with our App, you can monitor;

• Heart rate
• Body temperature
• Oxygen saturation
• Blood pressure
• ECG

as well as your physical activities. Although they are NOT certified as medical devices, it is a great benefit to measure your physiological state anytime, anywhere, without going to the hospital.

You can get a weekly and monthly summary, once you register our monitoring service. This report help your doctor understand the transition since your previous checkups.

Telemedicine

There are many elderly outpatients who are not easy to find a commuting measures for regular checkups.　Some suffer from strokes, bone fractures, or simply cannot find somebody else to drive.

Telemedicine is a key to solve this problem. You can make an appointment from our web site, and we deliver you a communication device at home. At the appointment time and date, your doctor will show up on the screen while you are at home. A x10 zoom camera show you in great detail on the other side of the doctor’s screen.

Our staff help you optimize the communication system. You do not need to worry about complicated operations of web communication.

After the meeting is over, a delivery of prescribed medicines will be delivered later.

Then, you may be able to continue watching your favorite TV show again.

Mobile Healthcare

In 2020, we developed an ICXCU, a.k.a. Infection-Controlled X-ray Care Unit in need of diagnosis of COVID-19 patients outside the hospitals. Mobility and telemedicine are key features of this system.

Our mobile clinic can visit nursing homes and elderly facilities, and provide high-quality medical services for those having poor access to hospitals.

Many elderly people over 65 suffer from adult diseases. The medical devices on our mobile clinic are the same as others. More accurate diagnosis can be made, compared to telemedicine with smartphone alone.

Disinfection Method

A rigorous flow simulation in the car was performed using OpenFOAM, a free, open source CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics) software developed primarily by OpenCFD Ltd since 2004. We verified the CFD results with actual measurement and visualization.

Also, a phage-virus spreading test was conducted to identify the attaching locations that needs careful disinfection.

The resulting disinfection measures taken are as follows;

• Air flow path analysis in the car
• Measurement of ventilation per hour
• Phage virus attachment test
• Antibacterial surface in the diagnosis area
• UV air cleaner in the X-ray room
• Ozone fumigation
• HEPA filter circulation and exhaustion

With the above measures, medical staff wearing protective clothing can work safely in the compartment.

Activity Monitoring

The fitness monitoring function can be used for field workers to become aware of their breaking time.

With the cooperation of Tsukuba Vineyard, Ltd., Japan, a new trial has began to monitor working activities and health conditions of the field workers. We pay particular attention to elderly workers in heating climate, and let them know when to take a break.

This trial can be extended to all kinds of farming workers in the community.
